This delightful townhome in one of Savannah’s historic districts is beaming with original character, fresh updates, and tons of natural light. Original hardwood floors and four fireplaces are just some of the historic details. Newly remodeled kitchen boasts counters made from recycled glass, sleek modern appliances, and overlooks the sunny back deck. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a fireplace, and a full bath. Perhaps the best spot in this home is the backyard oasis — sunny deck, additional patio space, and lovely trees rounding out the mature landscaping. Enjoy all that Downtown Savannah has to offer!

Thank you for finding us outside of VRBO by searching “Moonriverstays”.  By using this site, you’ll recieve substantial cost ssavings of about $1,000 per stay due to VRBO fees.  Monthly rate through website is $4,700/month and multiple month stays are reduced depending on the length of stay.  Only $150 cleaning fee and pet fee, if applicable, are in addition to the monthly rate.

Late 2021 we replaced all of the furniture but due to existing reservations we have not had an opportunity to have professional pictures taken.  Until then, we are still using some of our pictures with “old” furniture and expect to update this by Summer 2022.  All furniture has been replaced, including new mattresses that are getting great reviews for our guests.

The total costs include parking.  There is free street parking on Price street and finding a spot directly by the house is always possible.  No permit, decal, or paying meters required. 

We do offer cleaning services during your stay.  They are $150 per cleaning and happy to discuss this more if it interests you.
